3 Minute Pause is a performance brought within a public space of plenty and consumption, i.e. a festivity. The performance consisted of several attempts at lying down during the annual transhumance festival in the mountain commune of Bran. These attempts were constantly interrupted by concerned observers. Within the logic and rhythm orchestrated by the festival, the detuning action of laying on the ground was quick to be noticed and arrested by participants. Out of multiple trials, the longest pause lasted for approximately 3 minutes.
